Modifications and Cancellations of Workshop Schedules

We reserve the right to modify, change or terminate a workshop at any time, for any reason with proper notification using the email or telephone number you provided when you paid the deposit and scheduled your workshop. When a workshop schedule is modified, you will be given the option to transfer to another workshop or have a credit promptly issued to your credit card provider.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You will receive a 50% refund of the fee paid as a deposit for all cancellations. Cancellations must be made by email to cancellations@thegirlsareatthegame.com. If your cancellation is received after The Girls Are At The Game has incurred non-refundable costs for rental space, catering and value-added services, your refund will consist of the difference between the amount of your deposit and the amount of the non-refundable costs incurred. If the amount of the non-refundable cost to The Girls Are At The Game equals or exceeds the amount of the deposit, then no refund shall be due and owing to you whatsoever. At the time of your cancellation you will be given the option to transfer to another workshop or have a credit promptly issued to your credit card provider notwithstanding the circumstances previously noted.

Data Security

The personal information you provide us with, including your name address and personal contact information is used to book your workshop and assist us in maintaining workshop attendance records. In addition, we may use this information to improve our services and measure and improve the effectiveness of our web site or our marketing endeavors. We do not sell, rent or provide your personal information to third parties for any reason.

The Girls Are At The Game does not have access to your credit/debit card information. When you place an order to schedule a workshop, your order is processed through a third party service provider that uses technology to insure the security of your information.
